Terms & Conditions - purchased services (property sales, consultancy or subscription)

For property sales, payments are payable according to the Landlord Trader seller's terms and conditions.

Subscription and consultancy services must be paid by cheque. Cheques should be made payable to Landlord Trader Limited and sent to our offices (please see our contact details). Cheques must have been received a minimum of 3 working days prior to the date of the service being provided.

None of this affects your statutory rights.

We reserve the right to refuse to enter into a contract to supply goods or services upon receipt of an order.

A contract shall be deemed binding when you receive our confirmation e-mail or letter.
